Q: How does two-factor authentication work?

The team member connects an authenticator app using a QR code or setup key, then verifies the account with a six-digit code.

Q: Is 2FA required for financial access?

Yes. A team member must enable and verify two-factor authentication before financial permissions can be granted.

Q: Does the audit log record every action in Kiyo?

The activity log records selected settings and team changes. It is designed for day-to-day accountability and is not a certified forensic or compliance record.
