Know what each channel supports.

Every booking channel works differently. Kiyo shows which rates, restrictions and guest replies are available for each connection.
Rate and restriction controls for each connected channel
Current in-app OTA replies are supported for Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia
Other connected channels may still require their own OTA extranet
How it works

Map once, publish deliberately, and watch every connection.

A channel manager is more than a logo list. The operational value comes from a controlled path between Kiyo room inventory and each connected OTA.

01

Start with the property model

Create the room types, occupancy, rate plans and stay rules that the property actually sells. Map each supported OTA room and rate to the matching Kiyo record before relying on synchronization.

  • Room and rate mapping
  • Occupancy and restriction alignment
  • Explicit connected-channel status
02

Send and receive through the connection

Kiyo can send supported rates, availability and restrictions to active mapped channels. New and revised OTA reservations return through the connection and join the booking calendar with their source reference.

  • Outbound availability and rate updates
  • Inbound reservations and revisions
  • One calendar after successful processing
03

Check each booking and channel update

Reservations from connected, mapped OTAs can update the Kiyo booking record and affected availability. Kiyo sends supported changes to connected channels, but timing and controls vary by provider; review the resulting booking and connection state. Record WhatsApp, phone and walk-in bookings promptly so they enter the shared availability.

  • Review the booking and connection state
  • Allow for provider delays and exceptions
  • Enter WhatsApp, phone and walk-in bookings right away
