What is hotel revenue analytics?
Hotel revenue analytics brings booking-based revenue, occupancy and stay performance into a view an operator can compare over time. Kiyo calculates gross and net revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, room results and channel contribution from the property records available in the workspace.
Gross and net revenue
See booking revenue beside revenue after your recorded channel commission.
Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
Read the stay metrics that explain how room demand and price work together.
Room and channel results
Compare which rooms and booking sources contributed to the selected period.
Period comparison
Place the current range beside a previous month or year to see what changed.
Begin with total revenue, net revenue, ADR, RevPAR and average length of stay, then use occupancy and booking counts where the operating question needs them.

01
Use consistent definitions
Revenue comes from recorded booking value. ADR relates room revenue to rooms sold; RevPAR relates room revenue to rooms available; occupancy relates occupied rooms to sellable capacity for the selected period.
✓Revenue and occupancy
✓ADR and RevPAR
✓Date-range and comparison basis
02
Separate gross, net and cash
Net revenue subtracts channel commission recorded in Kiyo. It does not prove payment collection, payout settlement, taxes, operating costs or accounting profit. Those states require their own source records.
✓Gross booking value
✓Recorded commission-adjusted net
✓Not cash, payout or audited profit
03
Investigate the change
Compare periods, then open room and channel detail to see nights sold, booking contribution, commission and trend context. Missing or incomplete booking and commission data will affect the result.
✓Period comparison
✓Room and channel drill-down
✓Data completeness remains visible
