Q: Which currencies can guests see and which currency is charged?

Guests can view prices in IDR, USD, AUD, SGD, EUR, GBP, JPY or CNY. Payment is charged and settled in IDR, which Kiyo shows clearly during checkout.

Q: Which payment methods are available?

Kiyo supports cards, bank transfer, e-wallets and QRIS. The methods shown depend on your property's payment setup and market.

Q: What happens after a direct booking is confirmed?

Kiyo shows the stay details and amount paid, sends a confirmation email and can include a direct link to My Page when available.

Q: Can guests choose among public rate plans or offers?

Not yet. Guests currently book using the price configured for the available room. Public offers and guest-selectable rate plans will be introduced separately.
